If anyone out there can help, I would appreciate this favor forever and I will make the promise of paying it forward! I'm too embarrassed and ashamed to ask anyone I know for help. (This is equally embarrising, just having to ask anyone to do me a favor, who don't even know me) I have gotten help from my family in the past and I don't want to be a disappointment in fathers eyes. I am a single mother of three and i'm going to school in hopes of a better life for my children and I. I am behind on my rent and my eletric. I've always been behind because I don't make enough money. Now i'm so far behind because my eletric was cut off last month. I messed up my payment arrangements and missed my deadline by a day, and was disconnected. I had to use my rent money to get that cut back on. So my rent was late last month, paid what I could and it's past due now again this month and I have nothing left. We are due for eviction and in another two week we'll be due for disconnect with our electic again as well. I feel like a failure as a parent and don't know where else to turn for help. I've called local agencies for assistance and everyone is out of funds. I would say the amount I need to get caught back up, but I feel when I've come to this for help, anything would appreciated and helpful! It's hard to stay positive for my family and to be a role model when I can't even pay my basic bills. I feel I am constantly failing my family...............CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP? My name is Ervin Clark and I'm a quadriplegic. I moved into a two bedroom with my brother who was on probation from Alabama. He violated and was sent back down to serve out his time. My rent is 450, my light bill is 176, and my water is 73. I got in troble with the law in 2006 and have to pay my probation of 70 every month. That comes to about a little over 700 a month. I only get 600 a month from SSI. My probation is 1600. If there is anyone out there that can help me, please give me a hand. If only I can pay that off then I can live independently. Just asking for someone to be generous and not sorry for me. Help me to help myself. PLEASE!!!! Reply to Sharde:---You need to get yourself into the DSHS office and apply for anything and everything you can. If your not working you should be able to qualify for money, food stamps, medical and they can tell you where to go to get help with your energy bill. They can also sign you up for WIC which will get you several gallons of milk a month as well as cheese, formula and cereal and this is every month. As far as that loser sperm donor leaving you because he thought you got to fat Welllll,--you just tell the people at welfare that he is the legal father and they will do the rest, if he doesn't come through with child support every month he could very well go to jail and if he does have a legitimate job and doesn't pay you every month the courts will garnish his paycheck. I don't think he had any intentions of staying with you dear, he used your weight gain as an excuse to run away from his responsibilitys. Once he's hit with a child support order I don't think he will give your weight a second thought. It is so easy for guys to shack up and promise to be true forever and always be there for their babies. But once it gets close to really happening they run like scared rats so don't you hesitate to go after him with everything you've got and never let him off the hook. Hi, im 21 years old and i just had my first child.My boyfriend left me at the last minute because he said i gained to much weight.He didnt help me pay any bills my rent is now 985.00 and my electric bill is almost 200.00.I know it probly dosent seem like a lot but to me it is cause im a first time mother on my own with no guidence at all.so if some one can PLEASE HELP ME.THANKS
Hello, I am a single mother of 3 beautiful young children. I am currently a full-time employee and a full-time online student. I am experiencing difficult financial issues and am basically supporting my children and I from paycheck to paycheck. I am searching for Grants for financial assistance and am not sure how the application process works. I have noticed that I have to pay a certain amount to get the "Grant packages" and I thought that if someone is in need of financial aid, that means that they do not have extra funds to make purchases. If someone could please guide me in the direction of some legitimate resources that would provide financial assistance without repayment, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
Hi my name is Marlon I am 29 years old I am married and have 4 children(4,5,9 and 10) I have never asked for help ive always tried to take care of my own problems but i lost my job right before christmas ,I am a carpenter and construction is at an all time low in S.C. I am currently working at a temp service they pay me $7.00 and work is on a day by day basis.Were already 2 months behind on rent and have 3 days to come up with it ($1,500) the lights are about to be cut off as well.my children mean the world to me and I dont wont to put them through this ,i am at the verge of breaking down but know I have to be strong for my family.i dont want a hand out just a loan that I could pay back.I just dont know what else to do . If I only had to worry about myself i would be alright but i cant let my kids go homeless.PLEASE HELP

Hi, I am a 28 single mother of little boy with cerebral palsy. It is so hard taking care of him. he is very dependent on me for all of his daily needs. Right now, my hours has been cut at my job. I use to make 8 hours a day, now im barely making 4 hours a day. I am so behind in my bills. Right now we have no water, I have to go to a relative's house just to get water. Now they are threatning to repossess my car. he gets a check every month. I barely have enough to pay rent with my small check and his check combined. I just want to know who do i contact for assistance in paying my rent and utility bills. Please, Im at my wit's end.
I am a 62 year old Vietnam Era Veteran, I now live alone I am waiting for the Dept of Veterans Affairs in Atlanta, GA to increase my allotment for PTSD Compensation, I am 70% Service Connected. I am owed back money to December 2007. I have no family or friends in the state of South Carolina. I was homeless, I was able to get my own apartment. I need lots of household items, need some assistance until the VA gives me the money I am due. Please help, I am in need of transportation as well.

Me and my family need help paying our rent this month. My husband and I have been constantly looking for work over the past month and nothing has came through. I really need help with my rent, because I fear my family and I will have to live on the streets. My daughter is only 10 years old, and I know that this will tear her world apart. I continually seek GOD for guidance and mercy, and although my faith in the Lord is very strong I can't help but to worry.
